This week we are celebrating the success of our Level 2 Business Administration Apprentice, Charlotte. After leaving school, Charlotte embarked on a hair and media makeup course at West Nottinghamshire College, but she soon decided that it wasn’t for her long term.
Charlotte says: “I learnt a bit about apprenticeships at job fairs at school but never researched them in detail. I then left college and needed something to do so I did a lot of research about what Apprenticeships are and if they’re worth it. I felt an Apprenticeship would give me experience, confidence and a qualification.”
Charlotte joined us last year after making the decision that a Business Administration Apprenticeship was the perfect fit, as its varied content would enable her to keep her career options open as she progresses.
She adds: “As well as having customer service and office experience, my Apprenticeship has also boosted my confidence a lot more than other education would.”
Charlotte has recently completed her level 2 qualification and we are very proud of the progress that she has made in such a short time of being with us. She is an enthusiastic individual who is keen to learn and hopes to progress onto an Access to Higher Education qualification in Business and Law.
At Inspire Design we believe strongly in the success of Apprenticeships and currently have four staff members on a variety of different Apprenticeship programmes. We are also proud to support schools, colleges and young people in the D2N2 area with the work that we do as a Cornerstone Employer.
